We are extremely pleased to say we’ve been featured in this year’s Midwest Home Luxury Home Tour!
The tour is self-guided and guests will be able to view expert craftsmanship and designer details for some of the best newly constructed homes through the Twin Cities area. Taking part over the first three weekends of August, the tour features some of the best home builders in the area.
If you’re interested in seeing the homes, you can purchase individual tickets for $5 per home. Or, you can purchase them in advance online for $20, at a Twin Cities Menards or Cub Foods for $15, or $25 at the door.

About the Home
Directions: From MN-62 West, take the Gleason Road exit. Turn left onto Gleason Road. Turn right onto Cherokee Trail. Turn left to stay on Cherokee Trail. Continue onto Indian Hills Road. Turn left onto Cheyenne Trail. The home will be on the left side of the street.
As with all our homes, this Edina house, our philosophy of incorporating personal details that are specific to the homeowner’s needs and lifestyle is also on full display.
With an underground sport court, lower level family room, bar area, and a three-car garage there is plenty of space to go around for the entire family.
Other notable features of the home include the open family room with a 100-inch TV, attached bar and kitchenette, and the outdoor entertainment space with a walkout screen porch, kitchen, patio, and cozy firepit.
Just like with all our projects, we worked with the clients from start to finish to ensure that the home was built just the way they wanted. To make this happen, we teamed up with David Charlez Designs for the architectural design and Bria Hammel Interiors for the interior design.
DWELL44 was also brought in to provide the Crystal Cabinets throughout the home, the high-performance, triple-pane windows came from H Window, and In-Focus Systems’ centralized automation system controls the lighting, audio, video, and security for the home.
The finished product was a spacious home that flows from room to room — complete with majestic windows, and perfect views from the bedroom and bath. The kitchen is also one of the highlights for the home, with a unique slatted ceiling.
And of course, the entirety of the home was built with sustainability in mind, as are all our homes.
The homeowners can now enjoy their forever home and explore the serene Indian Hills neighborhood for years to come.
