Using its expertise in sustainable construction of modern custom homes, Sustainable 9 Design + Build created this three-story home set high on a bluff with sweeping views of the Mississippi River valley from throughout the home and via its incredible rooftop deck. The home was thoughtfully created in collaboration with Unfold Architecture and showcases the importance of using non-toxic materials to ensure a healthier living environment.
The modern and minimalist exterior draws you inside and the floor-to-ceiling triple-paned windows offer unparalleled views of the treetops for miles in every direction. Multiple entertainment spaces are located throughout the interior including a snack bar, pool table room, and lounge area, as well as a gorgeous guest bedroom & bath. Plus, the home was designed with accessibility in mind by installing an elevator that accesses all three floors.
Ascend multiple floating staircases with custom glass and metal railings and your first stop on the second level features a piano lounge, preceded by a private office, the gorgeous kitchen, a hidden breakfast nook, a living room with incredible views, and a stunning screen porch.
