Hiring: Interior Designer

• Follow assigned projects from conceptual to implementation while maintaining a strong rapport with the client, architect, estimator and project management team
• Manage day to day operations for assigned projects
• Participate in the selection of materials, hardware, cabinet designs, equipment, lighting, etc. as needed
  
• Collaborate in site walks to include but not limited to framing, electrical, tile, cabinet measure, countertop measure etc.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project timeline and delivery schedules
• Generate finish schedules, construction details for trades, and material selections needed for construction
• Assist in final budgets while working directly with the estimator
  Maintain the projected budget summary and effectively communicate cost implications with clients
  
• Provide deliverables in a timely manner to the project managers and trades as needed
• Effective in delegating tasks to design assistant
• Lead in the developing the process and take ownership of multifamily designs
  

As an Interior Designer, you'll work alongside the Design Director and Senior Designers to prepare project designs as well as manage the deliverables accordingly.

• Degree in interior design, design school or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4-5 years interior design experience of varying project types
• Proficient in Revit or Chief Architect, PowerPoint and other software as necessary
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, etc.) - must be prompt and utilize strong communication skills when responding to emails and clients
• Experience managing design assistants and delegating tasks accordingly
• Excellent organizational skills, follow up, communication and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas
• Outstanding verbal communication, professionalism, and dependability
• Motivated self-starter
