Located at 14239 Shady Beach Drive, the single-family home sits atop a stunning bluff overlooking Prior Lake and features luxury finishes and lake views from all four levels. This house has the perfect balance of modern convenience and amenities, all with majestic views of Prior Lake. About the Prior Lake / Savage Community
Prior Lake and Savage are Twin Cities suburbs that each maintains a small-town atmosphere even though they are just a 30-minute drive to downtown Minneapolis. Located in the southern portion of the Twin Cities, these gorgeous lake communities offer unparalleled recreational amenities, including more than 55 parks on 1,000 acres, over 100 miles of trails and sidewalks, and 14 lakes. The parks and lakes offer a wide variety of outdoor opportunities for residents with a wide variety of interests.
Upper and Lower Prior Lake is the focal point of the area. It is the largest lake in the Southern Metropolitan area and ranks number 80 in size of all 10,000 Minnesota lakes. Water skiing, wakeboarding, and surfing are quite popular on the lake and for those interested in fishing, the lake features an array of species, including bass, walleye, bluegills, and crappies.
