Interior Look + Feel

Scandi III & IV live very similarly to each other and include much of the same program elements. The differences arise out of site constraints such as lot topography, vehicular access and overall allowable building width.

Scandi III is designed for an alley lot with the attached garage located at the rear of the home and the main level living spaces orientated to the front of the lot. While adaptable, the upper level hosts a primary suite, laundry, bedroom, hall bath and a bonus space that could be either an office or another bedroom or even a secondary entertainment perch that looks out over the rear yard.
