Interior Look + Feel

Scandi III, IV, and V all live very similarly to each other and include much of the same program elements. The differences arise out of site constraints such as lot topography, vehicular access and overall allowable building width.

Scandi IV was designed for narrower urban lots that do not have alley access. This model pushes the main living spaces to the rear of the home to create a stronger connection to the backyard and outdoor spaces. Flexible for both a flat or walk-out lot, Scandi IV can be adapted to whatever the site conditions may require.Β
